The BIM methodology is a collaborative work methodology for the design and management of construction projects and works civilians. This methodology centralizes all the information dimensions of a project in a collaboratively developed digital model.
The 7 dimensions of BIM are the geometric-spatial (1, 2 and 3), time (4), costs (5), environmental sustainability (6) and maintenance of the project throughout its useful life (7).
