Metallurgical Civil Engineer from the University of Concepción (Concepción, Chile), founded Optimiza at age 37. With more than 30 years of experience, she has led more than 70 projects and participated in dozens more as a Process Specialist for the design of hydrometallurgical plants, crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtering of copper, gold, and molybdenum.
Under the Happy Work philosophy, her focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and the building of high-performance teams enhance the proper development of the business and the overall well-being of the Optimizers. Her unconditional dedication, steadfast leadership, and deep strategic vision have continually defined the progressive evolution of Optimiza.

Development of Integrated Projects
The BIM methodology is a collaborative work methodology for design and management of construction projects and works civilians. This methodology centralizes all the information dimensions of a draft in a model digital developed as a group. The 7 dimensions of BIM are: the 3 spatial, the time, the cost, the environmental sustainability and maintenance of the project.
Predictive Models & Operational Optimization
We develop mathematical-statistical models to advise and project effectively the behavior operational of floors industrial. The language on which these are based models is Python 3, with which we implement the best validated algorithms of the medium, as well as the most sought-after programmatic innovations of the moment.
